The Role

• Develop and grow a specialist Construction Management recruitment desk across permanent appointments.
• Recruit Production and Commercial professionals including Site Managers, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Commercial Managers and Project Directors.
• Leverage existing relationships with leading contractors including Wates, McLaren, Multiplex and Skanska to generate new recruitment opportunities.
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and senior construction professionals.
• Deliver a consultative, high-quality recruitment service across major construction projects.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of the company.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience recruiting within Construction, Built Environment or Engineering.
• A strong track record of developing client relationships and generating recruitment revenue.
• Experience placing Construction Management, Commercial or Production professionals would be advantageous.
• A proactive and consultative approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ambition to build a market and progress your career within a growing business.

What’s on Offer

Excellent Financial Package

• Basic salary of £42,000
• Guaranteed commission for your first four months
• Outstanding commission structure with zero threshold
• Earn 10% on all billings from day one, increasing to 35% as your revenue grows
