Take over an existing team of specialist consultants operating within the rapidly expanding Data Centre market. You’ll be responsible for developing capability, improving performance, and growing market share across key regions.

Drive Strategic Growth

Work alongside the MD to define and execute the growth strategy for the division, expanding service offerings, and strengthening key client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop an established team of Data Centre recruitment consultants.
  • Deliver the division’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients across the Data Centre industry.
  • Support consultants in winning and delivering retained, contingent, and project recruitment assignments.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop additional consultants as the division grows.
  • Lead with your own billings and strategic client relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • A proven background in recruitment, ideally within Data Centres, Construction, Engineering or Built Environment, 
  • Experience managing and developing successful recruitment consultants
  • A strong track record of delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Excellent coaching and people development skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ambition to play a significant role in the long-term growth of the business.

  • Basic Salary to £60,000
