Key Responsibilities:

• Build a desk with existing contracts, with the aim of growing a team of freelance recruiters focused on the Construction and MEP sectors.
• Work directly with the business owners to drive strategy and growth.
• Help scale the division, paving the way to becoming a Director of the business.

What You Bring:

• At least four years of UK agency experience recruiting freelance/contract professionals to the Construction or Engineering sectors.
• A proven track record in construction recruitment, ideally with main contractors and the ambition to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability and desire to establish yourself as a top performer in an entrepreneurial environment.

What’s on Offer:

• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Basic salary between £60,000 and £65,000
