Director –  Construction Recruitment (Non-Billing) – London

A market-leading recruitment business with an impressive track record in construction is seeking a Director of Construction to lead and scale a high-potential division.

The Opportunity
This is a non-billing leadership role with a clear mandate: grow, shape, and lead the division nationally.

You’ll inherit:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and execute the national growth strategy across temp, perm, and freelance recruitment
• Develop and expand key client relationships at a senior level
• Build, coach, and inspire a professional recruitment team
• Create a high-performance culture focused on delivery and accountability
• Drive organic growth and expand into new market verticals
• Shape the long-term structure and specialisation of the company

What We’re Looking For

• A proven biller and leader within construction recruitment
• Experience scaling teams and delivering sustained growth
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to both strategise and execute
• A natural leader who can motivate, develop, and retain top talent
