The ideal person for this role is an experienced recruitment consultant with a background in temp/contract Construction or Engineering sector, who is looking for a more professional and well-reputed brand and the opportunity to deliver first-class recruitment solutions to an FTSE250 client.

If you are able to demonstrate a proven track record of producing c£120K per year in fees, and the ability to build rapport with key clients and candidates, then you can obtain a confidential exploratory meeting with the MD of this firm.

If appointed, you will enjoy working within a true meritocracy, where you are focused on quality and are able to control your own career through your actions and performance. There is the option to develop into a Senior Consultant role and win your own accounts if that career path is of interest. The rewards are excellent with zero threshold and a starting percentage of 10% of everything that you bill. This increases as your fees grow up to 35%.
