Key Responsibilities:

• Build a desk and team with existing contacts, with the aim of growing a team of South London-based recruiters focused on the European market.
• Work directly with the business owners to drive strategy and growth.
• Help scale the division, paving the way to becoming a Director of the business.

What You Bring:

• At least four years of agency experience recruiting professionals to the European Renewable Engineering sector.
• A proven track record in senior recruitment and the ambition to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability and desire to establish yourself as a top performer in an entrepreneurial environment.
