We’re looking for a driven individual to take ownership of a thriving division within a well-established recruitment brand. As Associate Director, you’ll inherit an active team and a great client portfolio, with the full autonomy to shape, grow, and evolve the division as you see fit.

The Opportunity:

• Lead and expand two core Construction divisions, and have the freedom to introduce new specialisms across the built environment.

• Work closely with the Managing Director to set a vision, structure the team, and scale operations.

• Enjoy zero internal competition and the green light to build out your team with clear benchmarks for investment and headcount growth.

• Operate in a busy, supportive environment while still billing – this is a hands-on leadership role.

What’s in it for you:

• Base Salary: £60,000 – £65,000

• Commission up to 40% | Realistic OTE: £140,000+
