In the short term, you will be joining with the remit to build on an existing base of clients while using your own contacts and network to rapidly extend it further. This is your chance to lead and take ownership of a division – you will need to demonstrate both deep expertise within this market and the ability to lead by example as a future leader of the business.

Successful candidates can expect to achieve:

– Salary to £50,000
– Commission to 40% (sliding scale)
– Guaranteed commission based on previous provable earnings (First quarter)
