As part of the senior management team you will be responsible for:

• Full P&L Responsibility
• Hiring, Coaching and development of the professional property team
• Leading the business development strategy for the division
• Building a culture of excellence
• Strategically developing the business to create a large team of specialist Consultants
• Leading by example and billing on your own desk
