This is your opportunity to lead and develop a Cost Consultancy Division within an established and thriving independent recruitment agency focused solely on professional property appointments

Working with industry leaders, this opportunity will combine your technical expertise of working with leading multi-disciplinary practices and boutique cost & project management consultancies to place candidates from Qualified Cost Constants (PQS) through to Director level.

With open remit to build and extend a team around you and an open pathway to Director this a chance to take a strategic role with a thriving and successful business as you develop your management career

In the short term you will be joining with the remit to build on an existing base of clients while using your own contacts and network to rapidly extend it further. This is your chance to lead and take ownership of a division – you will need to demonstrate both deep expertise within this market and the ability to lead by example as a future leader of the business.

Successful candidates can expect to achieve:

– Salary to £55,000
– Commission to 35% (sliding scale)
– Guaranteed commission based on previous provable earnings (First quarter)
