Billing Account Manager – Construction £37k – £40k + Commission + Benefits

This thriving agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to inherit an established duel desk that currently bills £30k per month. In addition you will be managing a team of three recruiters that also deliver in to key accounts.

You will have the drive to deliver personal billings as well as being able to develop  you team whilst enjoying the resources of this recruitment business with over 100 staff. The ideal person for this role is an experienced senior or principal consultant – with a background in the Blue Collar Construction or Engineering sector that is looking for a professional and well reputed brand and the opportunity to deliver first class recruitment solutions to a portfolio of major clients with loads of incoming work.

If you are able to demonstrate a proven track record of producing c£150K per year in fees on a temp desk, ability to build rapport with key clients and candidates, then you can obtain a confidential exploratory meeting with the MD of this firm.

• Basic salary to £40,000
