Are you an agency recruiter looking for  a move inhouse but looking to stay with in a dynamic environment, then you might be interested in this new role has been created by a established agency with over 100 consultants in the City. You will be responsible for shaping the recruitment function for both experienced recruiters and graduate hires for the business. The challenge will be to develop and maintain a strong network of recruiters in the built environment space to attract top talent in to this leading recruitment practice.

You will have worked in a UK based recruitment agency in technical, engineering, property or construction space as a consultant and be happy to head hunt fellow recruiters to develop a pipeline of future talent

You will be managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting  interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.

This is a key hire and will facilitate the business to continue with its 20% yearly growth target.

A base salary to £45,000
