Joining the busy London team you will be responsible for taking over a specialist Maintenance Trades desk – working with a portfolio of key account and preferred clients that complete maintenance works on a cyclical and responsive basis across London, South East & Home Counties

To thrive on this very big and busy desk you will need exceptional candidate generation and management skills, while you won’t be required to do heavy BD work you will need to work with speed and skill roles rapidly and with high quality candidates capable of working teams for longer than average contract lengths – this is a great opportunity for much higher bandings of commission but will require candidate control skills

If you currently manage a Maintenance / M&E / Trades Desk with skill but seek greater rewards and longer term jobs to fill this could be a highly successful career move for you. There are many opportunities to develop into a Team Leader role and beyond.

• Minimum 1 year running a busy temp desk
• Preferably with trades / M&E / maintenance type candidates 
• Capacity to work with speed but care
• Exceptional client and candidate relationship management skills

If successful you can expect to achieve:

• Salary to £32,000
• Commission to 30%
• Quarterly bonuses based on target achievement
