With access to a portfolio of existing clients from day one, you will have scope to develop your accounts and new clients further. This is a small team with an excellent reputation – even in tougher market conditions their job flow is too high for them to cope with and many companies are not contacted due to time constraints.

You may wish to just bill on your desk and stay an independent Recruiter, or you may have ambitions to develop a team – both paths can be supported here.

With several senior peers with extensive backgrounds in this market and the support of Juniors / Resourcers you will never be short of ideas, leads or candidates and you will also benefit from an owner who is always happy to invest in tools that make your life easier.

If you have a proven background in recruiting for perm roles such as Site Manager, Project Manager, Project Director, QS, Estimator and similar with housing developers across London & South East you can expect to achieve:

• Salary £28,000 – £38,000
• Commission to 35%
