A partner to the Civil Engineering market with a particularly strong record in the rail market now seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant up to Principal level to take over a portfolio of Key Accounts

While they accounts are won, rates agreed and contracts signed, each client will still require hard work to ensure you are aware of every vacancy, that you manage your client’s expectations and work with speed to fill each and every vacancy.

With a long track record in this field and a huge advertising spend in niche sectors you will be surprised at just how good their candidate database is – this is your chance to focus on the part of the job you love best. Talking to clients and filling jobs.

Reporting to the Divisional Director you will have scope to developed into a Manager’s role within the next 12 – 24 months depending on your skill level.

If you have previous experience of managing a busy Trades & Labour desk, or even better, specific Rail industry recruitment experience, you can expect to achieve:

• Base Salary £28,000 – £38,000
• Commission to 25%  (no BD)
