A highly successful Construction recruitment agency is searching for a talented Rail and infrastructure recruitment professional to become the Divisional Head of their rapidly growing perm and temp division. This key role would cover several offices in the UK and involve regular travel to the regional offices.

The company has enjoyed a market-leading reputation over the last fifteen years and has the investment and appetite to scale a division of specialist rail and infrastructure recruiters across the white and blue-collar sectors. They believe that this growth will be achieved faster with the appointment of a proven biller and manager who is capable of not just creating the strategy to expand, but also the ability to execute it.

The business has a turnover in excess of £100 million pounds and enjoys fantastic relationships with many of the top rail and infrastructure contractors in the UK. You will be responsible for leveraging these existing relationships at a senior level to generate increased business and work closely with your staff to deliver great permanent and temporary recruitment solutions.

As part of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for: 

• Leading the business development strategy for permanent and freelance divisions
• Coaching, development, and support of your consultants
• Creating a culture of excellence and expectation
• Strategically developing the business to create a large team of Consultants all focused on a specialist core area of the Rail/Infrastructure market
• Delivering strong organic growth.
