A highly successful recruitment agency that specialize in Construction recruitment now seeks a talented White Collar recruitment professional to become the National Head of their rapidly growing perm and temp division. This non-billing role would cover several offices in the UK and would involve regular travel to the regional offices.

You will be responsible for leveraging these existing relationships at a senior level to generate increased professional business and work closely with your staff to deliver great permanent and temporary recruitment solutions.

As part of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for: 

• Leading the business development strategy for permanent and freelance divisions
• Coaching, development and support of your consultants
• Creating a culture of excellence and expectation
• Strategically developing the business to create a large team of Consultants all focused on a specialist core area of the professional construction market
• Delivering strong organic growth.
