Key Responsibilities:

• Build a desk with existing clients, to grow a team of London-based recruiters specializing in the FM market.
• Work directly with one of the business owners to drive strategy and growth.
• Help scale the division, paving the way to becoming a Director of the business.

What You Bring:

• At least four years of agency experience recruiting permanent blue-collar maintenance professionals to the Property, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
• A proven track record in senior recruitment and the ambition to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Ability and desire to establish yourself as a top performer in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Basic salary between £40,000 and £42,000
