This independently owned agency has a more relaxed management style than a number of agencies, moving away from the corporate style, KPI heavy management systems and allowing you more autonomy and independence in they way you work. This is demonstrated in the WFH policy which is 2-3 days.

Joining the team, you will be taking over a Property Management perm desk and will be provided with all of the tools necessary to continue taking market share in an ever growing sector. You will be placing Property Managers, Living Consultants, Facilities Managers in to the growing BTR market. The desks at this company come with a good geographical remit so as to not limit your billing potential and this role comes with the real opportunity to fast-track to Divisional Manager as the company continues its expansion plans.
