Working closely for the owner of the business, you will bring at least five years experience of recruiting in to the US Property, Construction or Engineering markets. You will be given the specialist training to offer a mixture of retained search and senior contingent recruitment with a developed portfolio of clients in America. The average placement fee is £25,000 and the market is both busy and massive.
