Joining the busy London team you will be responsible for taking over a specialist Blue Collar Permanent desk – working with a portfolio of key account and established clients that complete maintenance works across London, South East & Home Counties

To thrive on this very big and busy desk you will need exceptional candidate generation and management skills, while you won’t be required to do heavy BD work you will need to work with speed and skill roles rapidly and with high quality candidates.

If you currently manage a Maintenance / M&E / Trades Desk with skill but would want to place candidates in permanent roles for greater financial rewards, this could be a highly successful career move for you. There are many opportunities to develop into a Team Leader role and beyond.

To arrange an initial confidential interview you should already possess the following:

• Minimum 1 year running a busy blue collar desk
• Preferably with trades / M&E / maintenance type candidates 
• Capacity to work with speed but care
• Exceptional client and candidate relationship management skills

If successful you can expect to achieve:

• Salary to £35,000
• Commission to 30%
• Quarterly bonuses based on target achievement
