This is a management focused role with a smaller element of billing into largely key account clients. If you’re capable of managing and developing a team while retaining an element of billing responsibility this could be the perfect role for you.

Open to Senior Consultants with a little management experience through to existing Team Managers, this role gives you access to a large number of key client accounts, the ability to trade with pride under a strong name seen more like a contractor than a recruitment agency and a leadership team that are focused on outcomes rather than KPI reports.

This is quite a refreshingly different opportunity that would make excellent use of your knowledge of Construction trades recruitment, still allow you to earn from direct billins but mainly focus on managing a team.

With huge scope to build the team into a march larger division and a direct route to Divisional Manager and Director, you will have direct access to the Board and a great deal of autonomy in your day to day role.

You will have the support of excellent tools and systems to support you and your team, a large budget for both staff incentives and client entertainment and the investment in the team to hire the best consultants in the market.

In return for your proven ability to personally bill , manage and develop a team and increase spend from the existing client portfolio, you can expect a package including:

• Basic £40,000 – £50,000
