Todays marks an announcement from Johnson Controls, a global leader for smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, that they have acquired CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services, a Welsh company that delivers Intelligent Business Protection solutions.
The acquisition is thought to strengthen Johnson Controls portfolio of interconnected electronic security solutions designed to protect people, property and assets around the clock.
For the last 37 years, CDS Integrated Security Systems and Gem Security Services have delivered solutions spanning local authorities, universities, Blue Chip Enterprise clients and Critical National Infrastructure.
