This new role for 2025 will allow you to take over an existing portfolio of Main Contractors with the remit to place all Commercial & Production roles from Junior Management to Director level. While this desk and client base are already established, there is huge scope for further development and the potential to grow your own team.

Working here will be rich with opportunities – you will have a high-performing team of fellow Construction Recruiters (Perm & Freelance) around you that will be sharing knowledge, job leads, and candidates, and a proactive team of Directors that constantly assist their Consultants with winning retained or exclusive work

Senior / Principal Consultants here achieve:

• Salary £37,000 – £42,000
• Commission – tiered to 40% of billings
• Bonuses
