A rapidly growing recruitment company in London now seek a specialist Property Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Supported by a wider team of Property, Real Estate & FM Recruiters around you, your sole focus will be within the Asset Management space. With a list of warm clients allocated from day one, you will need to further develop each client account to truly realise the full potential of this lucrative desk.

Placing Asset Managers, Surveyors, Portfolio Managers, Analysts and more with salary ranges between £75K and £200k you will be generating high value placements with leading real estate groups, private equity firms and corporate functions with average placements fees of c£20,000 per placement.

Experienced Recruiters (Perm) from any background of property recruitment will be considered and can expect a rewards package that includes:

• Salary £32,000 – £40,000 
• Commission scheme to 40%
