Your focus will be placing Bids & Contracts professionals into the FM market on a desk that already has many clients and candidates that you will inherit. Your clients are already used to working on a largely exclusive or retained basis – so you will need to be a Recruiter that commits to getting each job filled. While some business development will be required to keep building your desk the main focus will be more focused on managing and filling your roles – each one generating average placement fees of £10,000 – £20,000

If you’re a poised and efficient Perm Consultant with experience of the world of Facilities Management then you can expect to achieve a financial package that includes:

• Base salary £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
• Commission to 50%
• Additional super bonuses
• Quarterly & Annual incentives
