Break free from the restrictions of your current firm and take an existing base upon which to build out your own division.

As an Associate Director you will be tasked with breaking away Cost Consultancy, General Practice and Property Management disciplines and own their future development into sub teams and desks. An existing client base is developed but with so many disciplines grouped together this area of the business requires and is ripe for major development.

With a team of Directors each leading their own divisions across Construction, FM, Maintenance and Building Surveying you will have the support of a team of peers and a busy workspace from which to build your team while you focus on 

developing your own division within this very lucrative space.

With no internal competition you will have full remit to scale and break down your business as you see fit with agreed markers for expansion and investment in headcount this opportunity will require hard work and a proactive attitude to deepening client relationships while also developing a team – but the rewards will be autonomy and freedom in the short term and Directorship and equity in the longer term.

If you have a background in any area of Property Recruitment (ideally in Cost Consultancy, Project Management, General Practice) as a Perm Recruiter and have some experience of managing people we would like to talk to you.

Initial starting package is likely to include:

• Salary £50,000 – £60,000
• Commission to 40%
• Guarantee for first quarter
• Bonuses
