As a dominant force in Real Estate recruitment, this company have unbelievably extensive and loyal connection across the UK. While they enjoy a large volume of incoming exclusive work they do wish to further develop some areas of the business that don’t currently receive the attention they deserve. 2023 is the year they leverage many of these under-developed areas of their business as part of their success plan which is how this opportunity has been created.

Your remit will be to own the relationships for all finance functions across their entire property client portfolio (and it is extensive!). Armed with this wide range of high profile clients and FD / MD / CFO / CEO level contacts and an existing database of finance candidates (although this does need further work) you will take ownership of all permanent senior level finance roles – managing them on predominantly an exclusive, retained or campaign vacancy basis.

In the short term you can expect:

• £40,000 – £60,000
