A leading name in the Construction & Property recruitment market now seek an Executive Search Consultant to lead their expansion into the Residential market

With a warm client base already in place and a first place research function, you will be equipped with every tool you could need to convert a  large number of leads and and a wide client portfolio with existing relationships into active retained or exclusive executive level assignments

Managing roles typically at £150K + you will have free reign to tailor solutions to suit you and your clients for leadership, board and C-Suite roles with a UK wide remit.

Once you have adjusted to this modern business and established your own client list you will also be given the opportunity to take on more responsibility and lead the search function reporting directly to the Group CEO.

On offer:

-Salary £80,000 – £120,000
